Fretting and completely distressed that the PDF wouldn’t work properly on my desktop, I turned to Elizabeth in sheer exasperation. I had just finished writing a new book, one very close to my heart, as it tells the life story of my father.
I write in Word and use an editor called Pro Writing Aid to catch grammar and spelling errors. I knew the story was good; as my daughter, who is very articulate, had read it and affirmed it so.
But when I converted it from Word to PDF, the formatting suddenly fell apart, and with it …. my stress levels.
Truthfully, I panicked.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth and her work ethic. I am thrilled that my boyfriend and I found her on Upwork.
